Okay... so like... despite being just 3 panels, this took a LONG time to do (this was originally a 3 page thing, but it's like... I can't do it). First problem probably being the fact that I actually took the time to render an Evangelion (as usual, do not scrutinize the detail... it's wrong). Then, there was Asuka's plug-suit *which I modfied to a vague estimation of Kagami's body proportions* and, finally, the inside of the cockpit; it just took FOREVER to get that stuff done... now I can kinda see why I should be making black and white strips instead, but my line-art looks horrible, so I might as well color it anyway.

Also... I noticed that Misato's jacket kinda makes her look like Michael Jackson in "thriller"; if I were to draw zombies in the background of the first panel, I'm pretty sure people would see this connection too.

Oh, and I'm adapting a semi-new format, I guess; I like this wider panel thing since I can do stuff like the first panel without much difficulty (it's more work per panel, however).

Uh... blah blah blah; guess I'm done.

Some people don't need to make awesome lineart to pull off an amazing look, the technique solely is enough to build up the aesthetics, not to mention the way you can manage the visual effects and the events, I have noticed that in your works

It makes it all really enjoyable. If you ask me

But you know, it actually works x___x

I'm actually a traditional artist, I can't make CG for my life, but the fact I can use technique synergy to create these 'I-can't-believe-it's-not-CG' pictures makes me a digital artist, I also believe that sometimes when you try to improve your method, as in lineart for example, some stuff that would normally work simply won't once you have improved, so you will end up sacrificing a bad method that gives good results, for another one that's better but doesn't offers the same quality ... Well, just my own experience.
